"I did my nails here, not a bad place to do your nails in South Woodford. But the staff were speaking in Mandarin/Cantonese for more than an hour that I was there. I find it very rude and disrespectful, as they were speaking in another language all the time and laughed while also looking at customers . It made me so uncomfortable as it genuinely seemed they were making fun of me and the other customers. Not once did they ask me how I am or attempt to make conversation with myself or other customers, which is just rude. I will not return to this salon because of this, as I find it very unprofessional to behave like this in front of paying customers."

"Went in for a manicure and pedicure with polish. The manicure and pedicure were done so quickly - felt like the nail tech just rushed the job. She cut too much cuticle from fingers, even cut my finger. No cuticle cream or oil were put on. My cuticles are dry and rough. Stayed and dried my nails for 30-40mins. Wasn’t even offered a drink. Nails on my fingers and toe were chipped so quickly as the technician hadn’t even sealed the top of my nails with the polish. It’s day 2, and they look awful. If done right it usually is really nice for at least a week on my finger nails. And it lasts ages on my toes but on one toenail it’s come off already. Waste of £35"
