"I spoke to them and clearly told them that I chopped my nails, can I have the white tips re done on a few fingers . They said that’s fine come in for 1pm. I turned up and then they said I should’ve gone to the place where I had my nails , just to re do three fingers if white tips. They said we are fully booked, i then said you said I could come for 1pm. They said I thought you wanted your nails painted , we don’t have time for you. I said that’s ridiculous it won’t take five minutes, so they did them for me. They were very they were quite moany, not very friendly. ( till lady in particular)"

"Please do not go here they have left me 70 Pound more skint and I feel like I have bubbles on my nails I’ve had my nails done many times and they have never been so thick, I had French tip done and the lines a wonky and overall just horrible I asked for square shape and I’ve ended up with coffin they are rude and do not listen to what you are asking they woman that did my nails was on the phone to her friend the whole time do not recommend"

"Been a few times for Acrylics, each time the nails were never even, and ended up with something different to what I asked for. They barely speak 2 words to you, accept when they want you to pay! At one point the technician cut my finger and caused it to bleed with the electric file and got angry at me for flinching. Won’t be returning."

"Booked a mani and pedi on Saturday to relax as a little break after a rough week. Arrived and it seemed like they'd forgotten I'd booked the pedicure. Hardly two words said to me the whole time I was there. Whole thing lasted for just an hour. By yesterday - Tuesday- two fingernails were chipping (shellac). Edited to add photos - not even 2 weeks have passed and the shellac has peeled off like some cheap fake nails."
