"I’ve been going to Lily’s nails for almost 2 yrs. A good place to go for a basic shellac mani, which I used to go for. I’ve been wearing acrylics since the beginning of the yr and I like getting some simple nail art done. They charge around £10 for nail art and if I’m honest it can be hit or miss. Last week a new guy did my infill and didn’t bother trimming my cuticles and didn’t take the infill all the way down to the bottom of my nail bed. Lily then did my nail art and it was terrible as was her attitude when I expressed that I wasn’t happy with the quality. I had had a draining day and couldn’t be bothered to argue, though I did get a few pounds knocked off the bill. This isn’t the first time I’ve been unsatisfied with the quality and had staff make it seem like I’m crazy for challenging their work. Suffice to say, I will be going elsewhere from now on as I don’t want to expect an argument every time I get my nails done"

"I just moved to UK and I was looking for a place to get my lashes done, and I stumbled into this store. Lily is very nice, gentle and most importantly really good at doing lashes. I used to do lashes in US and the ones I went took 2 hours to get my lashes done and it didn’t last for long. However with Lily I had the best experience, doing lashes with her could last over 2 weeks if I would take good care of them, and I definitely didn’t need to lie in the lashes bed for 2 hours. If you are looking for a place for affordable and long lasting lashes, I would totally recommend coming here! Lily will work with you to get that perfect lash look!"
