"I went to get my acrylics removed. The man was polite however made my nails really bad. He just used the file drill, and didn’t even get all the acrylics off. I still had 4-5 nails left with half acrylics left and when I told him it’s still there he said oh we don’t do it fully it will thin your nails! He didn’t use no metal pusher or file my nails properly nothing, even whilst using the file drill he cut my skin, which I had to point out and he just said “oh sorry”. Very bad service I would never go back there again. Even the manager, whilst paying she didn’t even pay attention she was doing something else, didn’t make any eye contact let alone say bye. Would NOT RECOMMEND."

"Moved to the area in March and have been going here since then. Have had a brilliant experience. Nicole does an amazing job with my nails, finally found somewhere that takes care with them and doesnt rush! They always look beautiful. Yasmin has also done my eyebrows and they looked brilliant. "The service was alright but the staff need training. This is the first time I left a salon with regret. I asked for an almond shape acrylic nails with gel top. This is the end result. Even when I would get nails done by trainees at other salons the quality would be at least good. These are very poor nails in my view - from the shape (is this almond?) to that the guy didn't even cover the full nail (I has them done yesterday). And I had to pay 40£ for this.. I didn't want to make a scene but please ensure that your staff is properly trained and tested before charging these prices."

"I got a gel manicure done for my wedding which was on 13th Dec , it was My first time getting gel manicure done as I heard it lasts long however 2 of my nails came off about week and half then I had to go back to get them fixed after 5 days it came off again. I'm really disappointed as I have spend so much money thinking it's a professional nail salon therefore I would like a good quality service but sadly it was poor service.when i called them first to get them fixed they were being very unprofessional and refusing to do my nails I literally had to beg them to fix it before the Christmas as I don't wanna be with broken nails on Christmas the lady were keep saying I got clients I can't promise to do it but you can come and wait till I finish with other clients as I wasn'ta client it's very rude and unprofessional for a business to treat a customer like this when one week ago I paid £106 . Once I went in they redone my nails for me on 22 Dec but 5 days later it came off again."
