"Absolutely horrendous customer service!! The owner/supervisor is racist!! She treats black people differently. She refused to do the design that I wanted, which is unacceptable!! My nails did not last 3 days before they started coming off! They did not last long at all!! The water that they used for my pedicure was dirty, which made my feet itch!! I definitely not recommend this beauty shop!! I will never go back!!!"

"The customer service and quality of care is unsatisfactory. My pedicure, manicure and facial waxing where all very painful making it a uncomfortable and scary experience. The beauty therapist did not greet nor enquire almost at all as to what I wanted and rushed through my treatments. They we’re really rough handed on sensitive parts of my face and not once asked if I was okay, nor did they apply pressure to soothe after wax was ripped off my face which was wrongly spread to my eyelid and hurt upon being torn off. I expressed pain and I heard the therapist laugh…it was really strange and uncomfortable to be treated this way. I find it hard to believe that the workers at this salon are actually qualified beauty practitioners which is due to just how poor the service is in almost every way. After my treatment was finished, the practitioner moved to another client to start their treatment, I was left sitting confused and had to literally ask if my treatment was finished and what the bill was. The employees have no interpersonal skills at all, how can you run a business with such poor social and customer service skills? I’m not not happy with the way my eyebrows came out, there’s a odd patch of hair missing and the shape is not nice. I usually only go to trusted beauty practitioners and read the reviews due to fear of being treated this way, which is all too common in many beauty salons. Unfortunately I made the mistake of not doing so with this salon due to it being close to me at the time. I do not advise others to go here, there are many better ones I have researched in close proximity."

"Had 2 great manicures from the younger lady and had a different person today and was very poor quality; streaky, misshaped tips, polish on skin. Also now only cash accepted and “ran out of coins” so I had to pay £30 for this. Won’t return."
