"I RATED IT AS 1 STAR CAUSE WITH 0 I WOULDNT BE ABLE TO POST THIS. I went to do my nails before my holidays, I have paid for a pedicure and manicure with extensions and acrylic for £85 when I could go instead to another nail shop and do then for easy £50. Thinking it could be for quality reasons. Two days after, my nail polish was chipping out and the nail polish was coming off the acrylic meaning this will last less than a week. I went several times and the manager doesn't turn up, they wanted me to go to their other nail shop in Sydenham as the manager we there, to ensure that my nails were that bad and after two weeks she said that she can repaint my polish but for the one extension that it got broken very easily, I had to pay £5. Absolutely disgusting customer service making you go somewhere else when they told you twice already that the manager will be there! I haven't recieved any apologies or compensation about this rubbish service which was absolutely scamming and rude For £85 pounds I would deffinetly never go to this place EVER AGAIN. I attached the 'after 1 week result' and 'after 2 week result'"
