"Avoid this shop. Nothing but robbers. Went in this week to buy a saveway ticket for the following day. Stated this twice before the woman put this through the pay point machine. When I was given the card and receipt back it showed it was for the same day. Pointed this out to the shop worker who said I will have to refund. After a few minutes she stated no it’s definitely for tomorrow after putting back on pay point machine. The following day when we tried I tried to use the card it would not work. Got it checked at Ainsdale rail station and they confirmed it was for the day before. Went back into the shop and they was not prepared to process a refund and manager extremely arrogant and aggressive. Support other local shops in the village instead who look after the local people not like this shop ."
