"I am not happy, I have a lot of pain in my nail after a few days that I put in this shop, staff do not listen to and do not respect to my request just do what she likes. I had to back to their shop just after one day for drope stone on my nail. So again I have to go there because my nail have a lot of pain because broken. They have not prophetional behaviour because the first time I ask them with a lot photo and video that do you know and could you do this job they said yes but unfortunally it was the first time she did for me"

"Been going here for over a year now for my toes and never had an issue, since recently when I went to get my acrylic nails done . My nail broke less than 3 days of getting it done from the lightest snap,I went back to get it fixed and they had an attitude that I came back to get it fixed . The. The woman who filled my nail didn’t file it properly. The manager of the shop thought I was lying about how I broke my nail .lol. After that nail was fixed not even a few hours later another nail broke while I was putting on my crocs. How ?!! So I went back the manger had a bad attitude. As a long time customer being treated like that I told them I will not be coming back . Plus the waiting time is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!! Fix ur attiduesssssss!!!"

"Always friendly, always give me what I ask for. I’ve never had any issues or complaints to make. It’s by far the best nail shop on Chapel Market!"

"Recently popped in to get my nails done for a birthday treat. Excellent pedicure, the young lady followed exactly what I wanted, and the most prettiest finger nails by the manager. The guys here always do a stellar job, it's reasonably priced and so close to the tube. I heartily recommend!"

"Sadly have had to downrate my review due to recent new and poor management. There are plenty of other places to go on Chapel market, I would recommend the new place next to Marks and Spencer who are very friendly, cheaper and also offer threading and waxing. This salon has removed their beauticians that used to offer this and has recently gone downhill, as it seems they cannot retain staff anymore. The cost of my shellac manicure was £33, other local salons in the same street charge £20-25. My nail jewels came off overnight after not being applied correctly, despite me advising staff to use materials they used to use, they ignored me. I returned the next day to show them what had happened and instead of being greeted with an apology, were extremely unfriendly, refused to resolve unless I paid again (even though I brought my own nail jewels with me both visits!) and caused an unnecessary argument, which should have been avoided. Latest photo added to the review for transparency. Design was not as good as before as they had a less experienced staff member do it. Really unfriendly service and was made to feel awful on sharing a genuine issue and giving them a chance to remedy rather than voting with my feet and not returning. Getting a manicure should be a relaxing treatment but this experience was a real shame with the manager inflaming the situation rather than acting professionally to resolve. I used to be offered a drink on arrival, but during my treatment wasn't even offered a glass of water in the 1.5 hour visit and wait. It is a real shame as I've been going for over 9 years but recent changes and poor customer service now as echoed by several other recent reviews, it seems I am not alone in this opinion. There are other salons in the same street offering a good friendly service that I've used before and thus will go to those in future. Old review below for transparency They do pedicures, massage chairs, and manicures both normal and shellac. They can also do hand painted designs like mine in the photo. My nails always last for several weeks when I have shellac here. They have plenty of choice of colours but you can also bring your own if you wish."
