"Had booked for 5:15 for a manicure. Arrived on time yet they asked me to wait for “a short while”. I waited until 5:45 then left without having received any sort of treatment as had to be somewhere else. What’s the point of booking in advance and planning if they make you wait at least half an hour before they take you?! If you like your time wasted then this is the perfect place."
