"Not very pleased, I got a manicure and had to keep telling the person to cut my cuticles better and kept showing him where the nails had not been filed straight. The customer shouldn’t have to give basic directions as to how to do a manicure. Gel removal was also bad - the polish had not completely come off with the acetone and they kept scratching my nails for it to come off"
