"Nice friendly people but had the dip extensions - first one nail fell off - so I had it replaced - next day two more fell off - plus the dip paint itself started to come off on the one nail they had replaced. I have given up and cut them off. Think they are ok for regular manicures possibly. Won’t be returning."

"Went to this place for the couple of months and everything was fine/loved my nails when was done with male technicians. Now came for infills again and got a female technician who definitely was rushing to go back home as she didn’t want to change the flaws as bubbles and uneven application. Also, the color didn’t work out as wanted+ nails are all different lengths…. honestly loved going to this place till the latest appointment I had. Not sure if I want to go back to it or will book male technicians only from now on"

"First time customer L'Amour, Earls Court. The staff were friendly (offering everyone warm drinks and smiles) I also observed during my treatment that they have great attention to detail. They restored my nail "situation" to excellent condition. I will be switching to L'Amour for my nails regularly moving forward!"

"Not happy. My appointment was delayed by 20 minutes. The nails looked chunky and I had to file uneven sides at home :/ And at the end I chose 5 colours, to have each nail with different colour. I was told I would have to pay £5 extra for it.."

"Although the staff were very friendly sadly I didn't have the best experience. The appointment started late and I chose a fabulous, slightly more expensive 3D effect colour for my gel deluxe manicure. Something went wrong in the application...there seemed to be a bit of confusion around the colour I chose between the staff. The appointment ran way over and I sadly had to rush off back to work , with a colour I did not want and no 3D effect. I have emailed the salon to ask if I can have it re-done but have had no reply. I was not charged the extra for the 3D but really do not like this colour I'm stuck with :("
