"they overbook themselves and literally jumping from one client to another before even finishing the step. foot scraper is used for all clients and u can see dead skin on the other face of it. they pretend to get the tools from the autoclave but they didn't sterilize it coz she cleaned the instrument in front of me. because they under so much pressure from overbooking themselves, she literally sighed sooooo loud (UUUGGGGGGGGGHHHHHED ) and walked away to another client when i told her the nail polish is not covering my nail and blamed it on my nails ???? she was applying it with random strokes like impatient child u can see the end result of my nails after they asked me to put my nails to dry under HOT air device not cold"

"Had my nails done with gel on 4th August and 3 days later they were looking like the photo. They were a pinky colour and it’s as if the colour has been sucked out of the polish and I’m left with half pink half nude nails and now left with nails that look a mess. Don’t think I’ll be returning. If this wouldn’t have happened it would’ve been at least 4*"
