"I had used their service a few times before, they were not too bad. but I tried them yesterday again. 1st, I didnt like the customer service, they barely talk to the customer and they dont care when you ask them what to do/not do. I did powder extensions with shelac, the guy who did my nails filed them so hard that my nails are still hurting, it was so painful. also the shape of my nails are not good at all, they are so thick and they look like they are done by a 5 year old. I really regret the 37 pounds I paid, will not visit them ever again."
