"*edit after owner response* Wow quite surprised to read the unprofessional response from the owners. Dropping another star because of this. A good gel manicure should last 2-3 weeks. The picture was take after 1 week. My rating was also based on the fact I had bleeding cuticles. Original review: Friendly staff and helpful is explaining the difference between gel and powder. Price agreed beforehand and it is reasonable at £25 for gel. However unsure about the level of nail care service. There were others waiting, it felt a bit rushed. I had bare nails and went in for gel. From manicure to finished nail, it took just 20 mins....the manicure part was definitely rushed, the technician didn't do much and was very harsh on cuticles, I had 2 bleeding cuticles after. 2 layers of gel applied and a top coat. Compared to other salons, they do not seal the edge of the nails. Mine is chipped after 1 week. Unsure whether to return as they charge £8 to remove gel!"

"What an amazing place this is! The location is unbeatable. We parked across the road for FREE, and after doing some shopping at the big Sainsbury managed to get in for my mum to have a manicure and pedicure and for me to have a simple pedicure. The lady who did the treatments was so friendly, the salon looks fresh and there were lovely candles burning and lots of plants to help us feel relaxed during the treatments. She was so patient with my 80-year-old mum and was super efficient with my pedicure. Considering how busy it was you can tell this is a neighbourhood ‘gem’ with the amount of regular clients who popped in to book during our time there. By far the best experience for both me and my mum. We will certainly return. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"I’ve had my gel nails done here twice now and both times it’s been a great experience. My nails have been done to a high standard and get lots of compliments. They look amazing but still really natural. And cost is reasonable. I would recommend for gel nails."

"This was the worst service I have ever gone through in Nail treatment, let alone human treatment. I went after I booked on phone for an acrylic nail extension, displayed as 25 to 30 pounds. I could not chose my colour as the choices were seen by someone else and that we had to move on "quick". When done and very bulky in the finishes I was told , no hand cream or a thank you." you pay, you go." Meaning I had to stand at the entrance waiting to go, and was rudely repeated " you pay, you go". I want to pay and run out and had to ask "how do I pay?. No cashier. Finally a young woman arrived and said it was 35 pounds cash only. I asked why the website said it was less and got screamed at some more by the owner. Avoid this place"
