"I had fine service when I got my nails done (shellac) but they had started chipping within a few days. I went back a week later to see if they would fix the 3 nails that were chipped. I was told I had gone passed the 4 days grace period, and they would now charge £3 per nail to get them fixed. When I spoke to them again to change an appointment I was told they had actually had 7 day policy and I could get them fixed for free but by that point a few of my nails which had peeled seemed so damaged from having the polish on I decided against it. Wouldn't recommend!"

"Came as a celebration with a friend, however, I did not receive the treatment I booked in for, the manicure was messy and applied at an inconsistent thickness. And to top it off after we left we realised they had cheekily charged both people for all of the drinks. Very disappointed."

"I had mani/pedi before my wedding. It was a lovely environment and people were so nice however my manicure didn’t survive a week. I had shellac nails which should last 2-3 weeks at least, and they started to peel off on 6th day."

"Lovely experience. The nails look lovely.It's s a little more expensive than usual but you get the fun factor of getting nails done over coctails/prosecco. The only negative is comfort as the pedicure bench could have been replaced with a comy armchair."
