"Having tried several other salons and being disappointed I decided to give Potters Nails a try. Firstly, it has a lovely vibe. Music, smiley faces and a hot drink. I had gel acrylics which were done speedily but beautifully. 4 weeks later (could’ve get there sooner) and obvs big regrowth but not a single chip or nail lift. They are still all in tact. A first! They have every colour under the rainbow and are priced well (same as most) I’ll be back!"

"They were running late for my appointment which fine no problem I sat and waited patiently didn’t say a word ended up finally starting the process 45 mins later. I had the day off so fine whatever. I was however quite upset, by this point they were totally dead barely any other customers. However I felt they super rushed to do my nails. I was very nervous as it kind of felt like I was an inconvenience being there. After coming home I have found thick glue everywhere stuck to my fingers and back of nails, the layers of polish are uneven and it is very far up the nail away from the cuticle. Some parts my own nail is sticking out the side. After waiting so long and paying £35 for them which isn’t cheap at all I felt like my kindness had been abused. The whole point of getting them done was I am going on holiday and to make me feel nice. It doesn’t make me feel good. I don’t have time to go back and sort it out now. It is what it is. But I guess the point I make is please don’t rush I’d have preferred you to take your time and I spend longer there."
