"Fingers all cut from having my skin filed way to short. No cleaning of equipment .They have a price list up to see but added £7 on top of that just for basic nails. No student discount applied after telling her I’m a student. Then when I pay more was added. I had to go through the prices and guess what I was correct. Rude staff. Won’t be returning."

"Not the best experience and wasn’t happy with my nails. The lady filed my skin on my little finger and caused it to bleed and it really hurt, still paid the full price even though that happened. The nails would of looked a lot better if they had more staff and weren’t rushing to get stuff done."
