"I came here for a pedicure with shellac on my toes for my holiday. However, as soon as I stepped on the beach, the shellac started to strip! I had to get my toenails done again whilst holiday. When I returned home, I went back to this nail shop and showed them photographs. I was challenged by the staff and told that I should have messaged their Facebook page whilst I was on holiday. After going back & forth, they eventually agreed to redo my toenails. Based on this experience, I would not return and give them my money again!"

"Terrible attitude from the from the young girl in there, after waiting 20 minutes with no interaction from anyone i asked how long for a take off and i was told another 10 minutes. I asked if as this person was free could we at least soak my nails while someone else is being painted, i was shouted at in front of customers and told we know what we are doing!!! I reassured the girl i was only asking. She told me to go somewhere else, i refused and another fella served me. Broke half my nail... not impressed at all AVOID"

"I have been going to this place for years even recommending it to family and friends. Its close to home so it’s convenient and they do a good job. However one of their staff came back after being away and I was so pleased. While doing my nails she looked away for a second and cut me using the machine. It was a bad cut on my skin and actual nail. When she carried on doing my nails she kept pressing on to the cut. I wanted to scream. No discount and just a sorry. I had to wear a plaster for more than a week. Not sure if I would go back."
