"I was so confused by my pension but after going on the government website i sent a message asking for information and hilltop financial planning got in touch His name was James Howat, straight away he put me at ease explained everything and never made me feel stupid if I didn't understand anything When my pensionwas transferred he emailed to see when he could ring me I gave a time but then someone tried to attack my daughter at work and I was in a state I still had my grandson so I emailed James apologising and asked if we could change it It wasn't a problem and he emailed back saying that he hoped my daughter was OK and not hurt and he hoped I was ok too as I was worried ,that made me feel better to be honest more than anything He rang the next day as arranged and first thing he asked was if my daughter was ok and myself too. After everything was sorted he talked me through every step of my pension transferring over and when finished he said I could ring or email at any time which I ended up doing today because I had forgotten something he had told me . This man is a credit to your company and a lovely caring person . Thsnkyou James"
