"I used to come here all the time before I moved out of the area a few years ago. I came into the shop earlier today while I was visiting my parents and the service I received was extremely poor. I asked for SNS powder, the shop has a wall full of SNS colours to choose from but the person doing my nails said I was only allowed one particular colour. I stupidly agreed. He kept saying things under his breath and when I thought he was asking me a question, he’d just shake his head. I then asked for my nails to be cut shorter, this seemed to really annoy him as he told me he couldn’t do it and it wasn’t possible. After I asked why, he eventually cut them shorter into a square shape without any problems or issues. After this, he was extremely rough with me and really hurt me when doing my nails with the files and pulling/pushing my hands. I can’t confirm, but I’m sure I was spoken about a lot amongst the workers as they were looking at me while in conversation which made me feel really self conscious. If you’re able to drive 5 minutes further to GX, I’d really recommend the nail shop there instead. They provide a better service and also a better set of nails."

"Went in for infills on both hands and the experience was horrendous. They completely made all nails thin despite me saying why is it like this. They were all laughing at me as well. Would give it a zero if possible. Not what you expect from a place that is in Gerrards Cross/Chalfont. Should be closed for their poor customer service and overall experience. Would not recommend. I suggest going to other places in the area where they care and know what they’re doing. Not these shady people."
