"Dreadful service. Showed a picture of shape and style I wanted but didn’t get that. One person started my nails then another took over, no explanation or discussion with me as to why, no exchange between them with regards to what I’d asked for. Nails were all different lengths and the wrong shape. Tried to charge me more than the standard price list but I said no. Was so unhappy I told them to take all gel polish off and I’d fix my nails elsewhere. Definitely wouldn’t recommend, and will not be returning."

"First time I went there, I was pleased with what they did. But I have noticed, they push ‘Rosie’ the seemingly main girl in the salon who starts your nails for 5 minutes then others ‘have a go’ who aren’t aware of discussion on shape or style of nail. And visa versa. Recently they all had a go on my nails SNS but they looked thick & very false looking. I went back to the salon Saturday 23/07 & asked if they could file them down a bit, change the shape as per the picture I initially showed them on Thursday 21/07. Rosie was extremely rude & ruff with the file down, when she started doing my nails she said ‘£20’ to which I replied ‘Well no actually bcoz you done them wrong’ she replied ‘£20 or don’t come back’ I looked at the lady sitting next to me & said I’ll give them a Google review. Then Rosie started smiling & being all nice. When she finished I asked for her name, asked her what she meant by ‘£20 or don’t come back’ to which she replied ‘oh no, no charge, it’s ok’. You would think she’d of taken extra care so I wouldn’t upload photos of resolute, which will clearly show I’m not a petty customer - no two nails are alike even now - so going to upload a picture bcoz I will have to now go to Boots & purchase a £10 diamond nail file. Rubbish service, they don’t listen & robotically on entrance repeat ‘choose colour, sit down’. Rubbish with rude staff ! Avoid!"

"Just had a terrible experience here. First time I arrive they made a girl next to me walk out upset and changed the price whilst doing nails. I just carried on I arrived a asked for SNS nails. The agreed. During they swapped someone doing my nail which was fine. I have nails done regularly and this isn't unusual. As he was doing it he was doing it different to how I usually get it done. So I double checked with him and also spoke to the lady who accepted booking. After a disagreement she accepted she told her colleague wrong. Which then I thought was okay and didn't understand why there was a disagreement. Then she continued and she was also wrong to me aswell as changing the price and couldn't do the nails. So I've had to walk out of there with terrible nails where they couldn't accommodate. They are obviously just after money and say sorry they wrong to make add ons. I've NEVER walked out of a saloon so appalled and never had to in the many many years I've had nails done have to walk out of a saloon with my nails like this. Where they couldn't complete the nails sns as requested."
