"I've used Ninh Star Nails numerous times over the past few years and this is typically my go to nail shop. Overall I'm happy with my nails each time usually opting for acrylics with Gel Colour, there service is fast for the actual treatment time and attention to detail is brilliant, I can honestly say I get much better nails from Ninh Star than I have done with many 'insta famous' independent nail techs. While I can't fault the end product I have given 4 stars due to the issue with punctuality and timings, I prrebook each time (which i recommend everyone to do as 9/10 you will be turned away otherwise) however I am always left waiting a minimum of 30 mins after my booked start time to be seen, for someone who arranges my appointments inbetween work and a hectic family life plus the issue of paying for parking it's frustrating to turn up on time for a service but left waiting, 10 minutes is no issue as I understand there will be occasions they run over but a more organised booking system would be greatly appreciated as this is the only thing that let's these guys down! Saying this, I know the staff work insanely hard and I do recommend to all looking for great nails that last."
