"Just basing it on my experience and my experience only. Asked for a trim of 1cm, even showed a picture of me and how I wanted. Ended up being left with 1cm of hair! If you want short back and sides or a fade, this place is likely perfect. Scissor cut or something specific, go elsewhere."
