I have a very friendly but very large Golden Retriever and she made both him and I feel comfortable, clarifying our needs and giving him lots of strokes! When I collected him, Gosia took the time to explain exactly what she'd done and I found it so much more reassuring than other grooming parlours I've taken him to, where it can often feel like a conveyer belt of clients. I would definitely take him again and would recommend Gosia to anyone. I also got some lovely photos and videos of him mid-groom!
