"I did a small shop, it was understandable that there was a que, (a long que) as I arrived at the front of the que a lady told a member of staff that was only collecting parcel, so he had another member of staff take her to the desk, that wouldn't of bothered me, but the day before I asked the same question and was told I had to wait in the que ?. Otherwise staff were good, they usually are, but please ratify the parcel problem."

"Great place but certain items are frequently low on or out of stock. Saying that I would much rather have this place with a few items out of stock than it disappear and close down. Just wish they would sort out the tills though as I always seem to have to wait in a queue to be served"
