"I’ve been going to this barber shop for about 1 year. There used to be 2 very professional young males working but unfortunately they left few months ago. This time I was cut by a new barber, about 35-40 years old, he said he’s been working here for a few weeks. My haircut is very simple, I’ve got a long hair I keep in a bun on top of my head, and I only need the back of the head shaved on number 1. It can’t get any more simple. This new barber shaved it carelessly in about 2 minutes. I gave him 10£ and was waiting for a 5£ change, as always (full style&cut here cost £12). He then said that he charges DOUBLE. I was already not happy but I thought I’d let it go. I then took my hair out of the bun to readjust and pulled out HUGE chunks of hairs, and it just kept coming. I showed that to him and I said I’m not happy with the service as now my shave line in wanky and asked for money refund, which he refused and said it’s simply my hair coming out as it would be if I brushed them, basically said I’m lying. I asked to talk to the manager which he refused too saying he’s the same as a manager. He then gestured me to leave the place, not even apologising for his poor job. Very ARROGANT, INCOMPETENT, FRAUDULENT “barber”"
