"Overpriced and poor quality! 60£ for a 5 min hair buzz cut and 10 beard cut? The barber spent more time talking to colleagues than working on me. It felt rushed and superficial. Only in the last 2 min he became gentle and friendly to then ask me for a tip! Left my hair wet, put a lot of aftershave without wiping it that then kept dripping once I left the studio. The massage was all but relaxing and again done in 30 sec just because he had to do. 60£ (not agreed beforehand) for such a terrible service is a shame! Never again!"

"Rang up and asked how much it would be for a skin fade, shape up and beard trim. The guy on the phone said £38 but when I got to the till I was charged £58! Would’ve been nice to have a drink offered to me at least for that price. Haircut was ok but nothing special"

"It was my first time visiting this place as a walk-in, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Everyone is very welcoming & even offered me a Turkish coffee while I was in my seat. Moses(Musa) really nice gentleman, very sociable. Excellent haircut! In addition, he managed to fix the botched haircut I previously had done somewhere else, and he was very attentive throughout the process! He also shared suggestions for better styling, really happy with my haircut today and the treatment was amazing, a nice hot towel massage as well to top it off. Highly recommended! best haircut I've had in a long time. Thanks, Moses!"
