"Tonight's haircut experience was truly awful. I arrived at 7:05pm (apparently I was told the last customer is taken until 7:30). But from the minute I walked in, my barber was massively in a rush to get the cut done as quickly as possible. When he asked how much I wanted cut from the top, he asked if I wanted "half?" which I've never heard from a barber before, he used no fingers to measure his cutting at the top, just hastily snipped away as fast as he could from random angles. When he showed me the mirror and I pointed to two areas that looked uneven, he said it was just like that and would stick up if he cut it anymore (it never usually does) and then he just pressed the areas down firmly with his hand. The "massage" was literally 3 smacks on each arm, the ear flaming was one tap on each ear, and I was out the door in less than 20 minutes. While I hate to complain, I come to this Ted's location every month and this haircut felt like a £15 one rather than £40. Very disappointing!"
