"Best barbershop in town hands down, . I didn’t have to wait at all when I got to the barbershop. The hairdresser was friendly, efficient, and skilled — I got a great haircut! They are my go-to barbershop. Excellent attention to detail and I always leave happy and looking much better than before. Definitely definitely head here when you need a cut or just to get cleaned up. ALI IS THE ONE!"

"Appaling service. I went for a walk in around 5pm on Sunday and showed one of the barbers a video of my haircut from few months back asking for the same cut. He agreed and proceeded to cut my curly hair, brushing it dry, ripping a lot of my hair out and damaging whatever was left. I trusted the process, had to with my glasses removed. The cut is nowhere near what I asked for and is definitely far off a professional barber service. I attach pictures so you can see for yourself. One is from the video that I showed, the other is after leaving your salon. I contacted the customer service to request a refund but was told the best they can offer is a discount on next visit. Never stepping foot in Ted's Grooming Room ever again and advising the same to everyone I know."
