"Terrible experience, Truly unprofessional, i waited 2hours for a haircut. I was told it was first come first serve however 3 people were given cuts before me and all 3 had entered the place after me. Terrible customer service i didn't even get an apology for them wasting my day. If im paying £15 for a haircut that's the least i expect. Please dont be fooled by there pretty branding and trendy shop. This is another low rate, rude, cheap service high road barber shop we see too much off in our community. As a business owner i can honestly say these guys practice terrible bussines!"
