"If I could give 0 stars I would! Unbelievable. Worst service ever. I booked an appointment and the hairdresser was not even there. I waited for 45 minutes for her to arrive. I requested a refund because the appointment was prepaid and she refused to give me the money back. Worst service ever. Thieves and scammers. they didn't even apologize."

"I can't speak higher about the customer service and skill of the hairdressers at this place. I love the atmosphere especially the separation between the men and women. So that means I can get my hair done and my brother can get his done too and relax with the men while he waits for me. This place is exactly what the area needed.
