"Website says skin fade £25 Beard design £10. My Total should Have been £35. I was charged £46 for a skin fade and beard trim. £18 for a beard design. After checking online prices because I thought that was very odd. I am disappointed, as I am happy with the hair cut but there was something missing when I walked out knowing full well I’ve just been charged to much and ruined the entire experience. To customers Please ask prices before You sit down as the prices change when you’re about to pay."

"Been a customer of Elsa's for over a decade now, hoping she would open a new place closer to where I live. This new one is amazing! Great atmosphere, comfy seats, pool table and also a bar serving a variety of different drinks. Haircuts themselves are really good quality and there are also loads of other services provided, such as nose waxing. Highly reccomended!"

"Elsa has been cutting my hair for over 10 years now and this new location in Wandsworth is amazing. It's a really nice space that you'll want to hang out in long after she's finished cutting your hair! Cuts are well priced and very high quality, the staff are very friendly and the location in the town centre makes for a great experience. Highly recommend!"
