"I used to come here a couple of years ago, where the service was actually pretty good. The business has totally changed for the worse. The last haircut I had here was subpar and very rushed. I tried to give them another shot this week, but the staff were super late, and opened the business almost 2 hours late (note this has happened earlier this year too). No mask wearing at all in the store (the staff and owners are not wearing them nor asking customers to wear them) even when government has made it mandatory due to the highly transmissible variant. Showing no respect to customers and being unreliable is not what I want from a barber shop. I wouldn’t bother."
