"There is something instrumentally wrong with this place. I waited for some time outside to get in the shop. No one greets you when u walk in. It feels as if you are not welcome. Communication skills are pathetic. As soon as i took my jacket and sat down i was then told appointments only pointing towards door where it’s written you can hardly see it to be honest. I have good pair of eyes but trust me anyone will struggle to find where it’s written. The overall scenario that they made me feel while in the shop was like i am not welcome here. I have gone through there bad reviews and it seems the problem i am highlighting is genuine and it seems they only pick customers from the looks and certain requirements as per them. So to conclusion i would say if you dont know them or dont fit there views you are not welcome in the shop. You try to book an appointment and you would be told walk ins only and when you walk in you will be asked for reservations so they have bad double standards. AVOID AVOID AVOID in case if you are fine with some self esteem to be be played by some mannerless guy who runs the show"

"Shino, Xander and the rest are solid barbers very reliable, but the owner Dillion, or 'Dilz' is terrible. I ask for a low fade he gives me a high, i asked for a trim on top he gives me a grade 4 on top, he was also smoking while cutting."

"Fire barbers in the building like dilz and shino who give top trims and customer service. However, Baz is a top con artist and a mug, Stay away from this fool, the guy he is a fraud and ain't a professional barber. He's unprofessional and very rude. He also drinks alcohol while trimming. He is on booksy and names BTB (Baz). He also smells very bad of odour and has an attitude. He also is always late on bookings and his equipment ain't cleaned regularly after haircuts."

"I do not recommend this place if you're a guy with medium to long hair. I called before hand asking if they are able to cut long hair and they said yes, came in the next day and asked for a cut about shoulders length, barber cuts at jaw length, 4 inches shorter than what I wanted, now I have to wait for it to grow back to the length I wanted (even provided an image for reference). Also asked to "trim my beard a little" and the guy cuts it down to basically a 0, going to have to wait for that to grow back too. While I'm sure they are amazing at fades, medium/long hair is obviously not their forté. Was not worth the £40!"
