"I usually cutting my hair here. I went today it was very bad experience as I did my hair cutting with new barber. I think he don’t know how to cut hair. I feel like he was learning. Very worst experience. They are keeping non experienced staff I think the owner should know about the new barber instead of asking me. If you not like review on site, close your account online."

"Today me and my son got a haircut. As always we got a superb service from beginning to the end. My son got a haircut from the Polish (I'm just guessing that he is!) barber and it was amazing. He's kind and listened to the requests. My barber is as always just impressive. I've been going to this barber for the past 5 years and would definitely recommend them. I've had haircuts from all their barbers and all are equally good!"

"I always go to get smart hair salon and I've always had great service. But I recently went there yesterday and and there was this new guy. He called me over sp I went to him. He was very rough with me He kept forcing my ear very hard and shaving extremely hard. He then proceeded to make my ear bleed. He made me a Nice hair cut but he really really hurt me. He was this.polish guy and he was very rude to my mum as he kept shouting at her and saying you can't do this you can't do this. I will try to add an image of what he done. Thank you. Don't get a cut from the white polish guy that wears a mask and has ear buds. And he also raised the price for us thinking we were stupid we confronted him so he lowered it to the original price very bad hair barber this guy is. But the rest are amazing"

"Unfortunately the barbers change too often and some of them don’t understand English. Once my husband went and he doesn’t have much hair so just usually gets a very slight trim , but when he came back there was barely any hair left. The regular guy he went to had left, so there was someone new. Took my younger son there this weekend and the guy barely understood English. Although we explained what needed to be done and what number machine to use, he did what he thought was right. One side on my son’s hair is shorter than the other. They need to hire proper professional barbers who understand and speak English."
