"I have been using Aziz Barber for over a year with twice a months. The attitude of the barber today was not acceptable. He was rude and arrogant and childish. He show aggressive behaviour and I find quite rude. The owner should spend more time reading these comments as it will help him improve the service and staff training"

"Used them recently and are great barbers, but unfortunely went there today to get a haircut, walked in about 15:28 and sat down, to then be told they aren’t accepting anymore customers as they close soon, according to there website and door information, closure time is 4pm, regardless if i walk in 10minutes to, they should still serve a customer, in this case it doesnt close at 4, closes earlier."

"The final haircut by Omar was good. However I am not happy overall. I entered today at 3:25pm after checking that I had time for a haircut before it closes at 4pm. As I entered the young guy, I think in the first seat rudely said the shop was closed! This is terrible and lazy customer service. An establishment should honour its opening hours! Luckily, Omar called me over and gave me a haircut immediately. Omar explained that this was due to cleaning but he proved that there was time for the haircut."
