"3rd time I’ve been to these barbers. The haircut is always well shaped but they never listen to me when I say I just want a trim to even up my ends. I’ve been trying to grow my hair out for a year but they always shave off several months of growth every time, so I’m back to the beginning. Wouldn’t recommend for female haircuts. They are also very rough when combing and made rude comments about my hair texture (even though they have a similar texture on their own heads)."
