"When you book make sure they've understood what you are asking for. I called up to book a wash, cut and blow-dry. When I got there, they washed, cut and then sent me out into the cold weather with wet hair, despite my saying that wasn't what I booked for. Instead of the lovely salon experience I would have been happy to pay for , I've just ended up disappointed, very upset, and not that inclined to go there again. A real shame as I thought I'd finally found a hairdressers I could be loyal to."
