"I liked the fact I was booked in for an appointment on the same day but I wasted time after all. It seemed the stylist attending me was very cautious and didn’t have the will to do my colour. So after going through several options and showing me different colours I picked one they didn’t have enough in stock to cover the full length of my hair. I picked another one and after waiting I was told it was very dark. I said I really wanted to change my hair and I couldn’t stand it anymore as they were. The stylist went for the 3rd of 4th time at the back of the shop to come out again stating I would become very dark but she still didn’t prepare any colour or any equipment as if she was trying to dissuade me to have the job done on the day. I reviewed the whole situation and given the fact when she showed me the colour she kept saying it was better to rebook for another day, things like :’you will be kept here 2 hours to even out your colour’.Clearly she didn’t want to do my hair so I stood up and left after spending 30 minutes to do nothing!!! I was fed up. So thanks for booking me in at the last minute to waste my time!"
