James is obviously very passionate about his craft and it shows in the way he handles himself towards his clients, he takes an active role in making sure whoever sits in the chair is comfortable and will offer his opinion of what will and will most likely not work for the look you are going for. It was refreshing to see the personal attention James gives to everyone that comes in, especially in an industry that has become over saturated in recent years with haircutters becoming more corporate-orientated and wanting to get as many people in and out of the chair as possible.
