"Jenny hit me today. I have enjoyed going to see Jenny in the past, she is good at working with my fine hair. However today she did something that I didn't ask for and I told her that it's not what I wanted and that I was unhappy. She starts to get annoyed at me, I'm thinking of ways we can fix it and she gets angry at me and shouts in my ear which hurts. She then slaps me round my backside, I tell her to stop and she tells me to leave it. I'm shocked, I've never been assaulted during a haircut before. Will certainly never use Jenny again, unacceptable behaviour."
