"Smith's Hair Studio Customer service could have been better when enquiring about a walk-in. I found it impossible to book a child's appointment online due to 1 hour slots, maybe I missed something there? Walk-ins welcome is on the sign but don't see that happening much. I could be wrong but have tried twice. One telephone call and in person. Also one of the barbers' states on website: Due to the hassle involved don't cut hair for children under 10 " I found this very unprofessional..despite his personal choice he should have put something more positive for example: " I specialise in teenagers and adults hair. Shame as I thought I had finally found a local barbers for my Son who is under 10. I guess this place is overly in demand"
