"Far too short - Natalie cut four inches off without prior agreement. I gave feedback and they issued a refund. While this is appreciated, I spent two years growing my hair - it will take months to grow back and two months later I'm still having problems managing it. I don't think Nouvelle fully appreciate this, posting so others are aware."
