"I have been going to the same hairdresser for over 20years. Since I moved and live too far, I needed to look for an alternative. I was a bit nervous but the studio was clean, bright and had a nice feel. Thao was friendly and very professional. I am super lazy with my hair. I was vauge with my instructions but he was still able to transform my hair from the Grudge to something a lot more modern and stylish. Will definitely be back. Also he's so quick! I have really long hair and I was all done in an hour (my old hairdresser took ages). Thank you!"

"Very rude hairdresser if he decides for personal reasons he doesn't like you. Hunt for another hairdresser. Following response from Thao I leave it to other customers to judge his Manners. Undoubtedly he pulls out his best for some, but if you're just a struggling regular it's not for you. No is no because once or twice I had asked for a consultation, and then not used his services whilst I was unwell and not working. Had been berated for 2nd consultation and not using his services in between. Weird and rude bloke. Good riddance. Kind regard he says - there is nothing kind about him."

"Could not sing the praises of THAO high enough! He spent a good 3 - 4 hours on my colour and is a magician! How he made me look both blonde and brunette I have no idea - but it was amazing. He could see the finished thing before he even started and as I was squinting at what looked like dark wet hair - he had already imagined it in all his golden glory! Go now before he gets totally booked up months in advance"
