"I've booked Saturday 11th of February at 2 pm for a nano keratin treatment and fringe cut. Keratin treatment I've found to be one of the best I have ever had since I moved to London for 6 years so far. The girl who applied the treatment name Asma if I remember right was very delicate and I liked how she handled my hair, my hair came out great. She then proceeded with a fringe cut and showed her a picture of what I wanted but she has done a too-short cut and different from what I wanted, I haven't felt and seen a good amount of experience in handling the scissors, Ioanna ( blonde lady ) took care of this situation before it was too late and managed to fix it, even if it wasn't exactly what I wished, in the beginning, this fringe cut came out lovely and I am starting to enjoy it. I could tell Ioanna had a passion and amazing experience in haircuts, thank you Ioanna. I would advise hair styling haircuts to be handled by a senior hairstylist rather than a beginner. Overall, I am happy with the service I have received and my sister wants to come over as well. Will come back Thank you Laura"

"I have been coming to see Ioanna and her team at Rebel Cuts for over 7 years for hair straightening . I travel some distance because she’s so good: 1. she is a very talented hairdresser. 2. She uses the very best products my hair-and I have ALWAYS been absolutely thrilled with the results- which last. 3. I akways call to book - and sometimes with last minute limited time and she always fits me in- even when I know she’s busy. 3. Her prices are good- it’s a special treat for me and one worth paying for. 4. Ioanna has wonderful staff too- Esmeralda ( forgive speling if it’s wrong) did my hair this time- she was just so lovely, careful and attentive. "Poor quality treatment .I had an appointment last week for keratin treatment through groupon voucher. My hair is not at all smooth and not even 50 percent straight. My hair is exactly how it is when I had entered the parlour. Additional to it, I was charged 20£ extra as my hair is considered extra long by the parlour. I have always had good experience with keratin treatment over the years and this is the first time with zero results . Usually I have had the treatment done and it always took over 4 hours, But this time I was done within 1.5hrs -2hours . It was a waste of money as my hair is left brittle and rough. Staff were friendly and nice but I wouldn't recommend this treatment to anyone ."
