"I was honestly quite disappointed with their customer service. I wish I was writing this review after actually using their services but it was nearly impossible to book an appointment in the first place. After almost 3 weeks of late responses via emails, ignored phone calls or ignored DMs on instagram, I simply decided to go elsewhere (where I was scheduled immediately) even though Onestopdreadlock was highly recommended to me. Looking back through their reviews and instagram comments, I see that the issue with how difficult it is to book an appointment has been recurring. I understand how busy certain seasons can be but the very least they could do is either update their appointment booking system or respond to customers with more information and in a timely manner. I can’t overstate how disappointed I am that I didn’t get the chance to go here."
