"Very happy with the service, the lady who cut my hair was very professional and she knew what she was doing. Didn’t have to explain to much she knew what I meant straight away. I will really highly recommend that salon, everything was outstanding- I went there only for wash & cut my hair but the hairdresser made sure that I left the salon happy. Will definitely come back again soon and will recommend to all my friends. 5 Stars from me"

"Hello all I would just like to say that I do not recommend the hairdresser working in the salon her name is Aneta. The reason for that is I am not talking about myself here but about my grandma. she had permanent treatment and cut, the lady at the end did not even ask if she is happy with service provided. Couple of days after my grandma notice that the cut is uneven and not done properly also her hair and skin was burnt. After coming into the salon the lady said could improve the cut but because my grandma was put off she didn't want anything done to her by that lady and did not admit to any mistakes made by her she did not even apologise. We asked if can receive a refund but the hairdresser said no because it is not a permanent damage but the boss/owner said we will get all the money back."

"Hairdresser came ealier to have time to do my hairs for my wedding. I have send pictures to show what I want and what I expect. We had only 15 min delay than we have planned but still was good. Unfortunately it was not my hairstyle what I wanted to have and hairs fall apart in 30 min after I left beauty saloon. All my wedding day my hairs was falling down and I looked very bad.you can see on added pictures my hair how I wanted - hair up to show my neck which I have done days before wedding and picture from wedding and my hair falling down. Bridesmaid helped me every 20 min to push back my hair more up. Make up was the worst ever in my life. I was not asked "what do I want to be done" I have send pictures few days before but it was not how I wanted to be done. Lines on my eyes were not the same on both sides. Fluid on my face was Inaccurately applied. Eyelashes not inked and glued together in 3 balls. The color of the lips instead of the balanced natural color I had an ugly carrot color. Total disappointment. I do not wish to any bride to have service like that ever. I felt very bad in hairstyle and makeup on my special day. I have paid £95 in total."

"WARNING: Arrived at the salon to find the hair stylist doesn’t speak English. Although the stylist spent good time on my hair. They left my hair dry, did not use the correct products for a smooth finish. Very disappointed with the end look. When wanted to share my thoughts the staff turned nasty and very unprofessional. I’ve never been insulted from an experience ever before. The receptionist shouted at me and turned extremely rude and disrespectful. Forced me to pay in full and her attitude summed up the service unprofessional. Certainly will not be going back again or recommending this salon."

"Got my powder brows done from Anna Urbanowics. Waited 2 months with flakes all over my brows, after healing not even one part of my eyebrow had taken pigment. Had exactly the same brows I came in with. Application was obviously incorrect as she’s new to the job. Asked for a refund as I wasn’t happy with the procedure and wasn’t willing to return but was told I wasn’t allowed one because ‘ I paid for her time’ and was extremely rude. Not one apology was given. Yet it’s fine that I paid for powder-brows and left with nothing?? Terrible! Beware before you spend your money. Zero customer care. Places like this never last."
