"Just had my hair cut and I absolutely hate it. Asked for a couple of inches off ended up with shoulder length hair from my long hair and terrible layers!!!!! I've come home and cried I cannot believe what they've done to my hair. I'm so upset wish I hadn't paid. I had no parting put in my have whilst having it cut so there are random shorter and longer chunks when I have tried to put it in a parting. I've never felt like this after coming away from a hairdressers"
