"Massive price increase! Charged £20 to dry cut my 7 year olds hair with an electric shaver, so took less than 5 minutes. Charged £25 to just blow dry my older daughters hair and then £20 on top to cut the same way. Blow dry didn’t last more than a few hours. Very dissatisfied and won’t be returning again."

"I was a walk-in customer as I had child-free time and a bad week! I went in for a wash, cut and blowdry. Apologies that I did not ask the stylists name but it was a gentleman and a fabulous woman washed my hair. The stylist listened to what I wanted, executed exactly what I stated and picked up on my body language that I did not want a conversation although the salon was buzzing with chatter around me despite being a random Thursday morning. I feel that if I had initiated a conversation that it would have been easy going. All of the staff were friendly, accommodating and professional. I was amazed by the very reasonable price for a North London salon and the excellent service I received. 10/10, I will be a returning customer, thank you Harry's for making me feel pampered which is a rarity for me."
