"Do NOT ever go get your manicure at this place. I had quite long nails and asked the manicurist to shorten them but to watch out for my nail bed. Instead of cutting them at a reasonable length and filing the rest, she cut them maximally short and tried to file to give them an even shape. Not only did it hurt due to length but she also did it so incompetently that my nails looked as if a five-year-old tried to shape them. I had to tell her exactly what to do in order to try and save anything of my previously beautiful long nails. Nonetheless, she was so incompetent and it hurt so much (even leaving small injuries on my fingertips from all the filing so close to the skin) that I simply told her not to finish the service and left. I ended up going to another place at which I had to pay £60 to fix the damage done and where it caused shock to other manicurists that someone clearly so bad at their job can be allowed to hold it. As a warning to all who are considering this place for their manicure: DO. NOT. GO. I’ve been getting my nails done for 7 years and never have I encountered someone so clearly lacking skill to do the very basics of manicure."

"I walked in curious of the interior and I was greeted by the most warmest of staff. They were super helpful, booked me in straight away, made sure I had a coffee on arrival (which tasted great, and they had oat milk on the go) and I felt really comfortable. If was my first time using their service and Rosemary is an outstanding beautician. Extremely experienced, very positive and has a warm aura. I rarely go out of my way to write a review but the experience, service and staff were amazing, I will definitely be recommending to family and friends. :)"
